How does escrow work?

When a buyer purchases a card, payment is held in escrow by Cards-BST. The seller ships the card. Once the buyer confirms receipt, funds are released to the seller. If there's a dispute, our team reviews evidence from both parties.

How long does it take to receive payment as a seller?

Funds are released within 24 hours after the buyer confirms receipt, or automatically 7 days after the tracking shows delivery. Payouts are processed within 2–5 business days.

What if my card arrives damaged?

Open a dispute from your order page within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage. Our team will review and facilitate a resolution — refund, return, or partial credit.

Can I sell graded (PSA/BGS) cards?

Yes. Graded cards can be listed under their appropriate condition tier. Include the grading company, grade number, and cert number in your listing description.

What happens if a seller doesn't ship?

If no tracking is provided within 5 business days, you can open a dispute. Cards-BST will issue a full refund from escrow if the seller cannot provide proof of shipment.
