1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Cards-BST, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Marketplace Rules

Users agree to:

• List only items you own and have the right to sell or trade.
• Accurately describe card condition using accepted grading standards (NM, LP, MP, HP, DMG).
• Ship items within the agreed timeframe once a transaction is confirmed.
• Not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or any form of deception.
• Not sell counterfeit, proxy, or altered cards as genuine.

3. Escrow & Payments

All buy/sell transactions are processed through our escrow system to protect both parties. Funds are held until the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction. Platform fees apply to completed transactions as outlined in our Pricing Guide.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Circumventing the escrow system by transacting off-platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or feedback.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communication with other users.
• Automated scraping or data harvesting without written permission.

5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, either party may open a formal dispute through the Cards-BST dispute system. Cards-BST moderators will review evidence and issue a binding decision.

6. Account Termination

Cards-BST reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or threaten the safety and integrity of the marketplace.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cards-BST is a marketplace platform. We do not guarantee the quality, authenticity, or condition of any item listed. Users transact at their own risk, mitigated by our escrow and dispute systems.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
